February is the shortest month of the year but it is our most expensive month. Our house and cars insurance is due this month. We pay for the year upfront for the small discount for doing so.
February also has the day to spend lots of money...Valentine’s Day. This day is often forgotten about in the budget. Plan for it.
Another thing about February is that it is REALLY COLD!!! To get some relief from the cold our heater gets turned up higher resulting in larger power bills. Plan that in your budget.
