New Envelopes

I have been using the envelope system for a while to track expenses.  I had been using the pre-paid envelopes that come for free.  I went to the Great Canadian Dollar store and bought a 10 pack of money size envelopes for $1.15.

I took one apart very carefully and traced it on various scrapbook papers. Then I cut them out and put packing tape all over them to give a laminated look.

 I had some fun scrapbook letters and put them in each envelope as a heading.

I printed a table in word and taped it to the back of each envelope.  I will record each purchase and replace monthly.










I like these better than the recycled ones that I have always previously used.   These also fit into my wallet.  
It pays to be frugal.
